Our engagement assessments are highly effective both for hiring and promoting candidates - irrespective whether they are sourced from outside or within your organization.

EXECUTIVE ENGAGEMENT PANEL (full day)

Take our leadership engagement profile to the next level! Up to 3 interviewers/observers of your organization are invited to join the panel to interview and discover your candidate. Dr. Vic will facilitate and lead through a series of customized candidate engagements to help distill the information you need to make a qualified hiring/promoting decision. This engagement starts with pre-calls and concludes with a shared candidate review, a printable engagement profile, a written report and pre and post calls to the hiring manager.

LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT PROFILE (half day)

Our Leadership Engagement Profile is so legendary, even our candidates like it! Dr. Vic will facilitate and lead your candidate through a series of customized engagements to help distill the information you need to make a qualified hiring/promoting decision. This assessment starts with pre-calls to prepare and concludes with a printable energy assessment profile, a written report and a post call to provide the hiring manager with key insights that go beyond the report.

MANGEMENT ENGAGEMENT PROFILE (90 minutes)

Our Engagement Profile is the bread and butter of candidate engagement assessments. During this one-on-one interaction with your candidate, Dr. Vic will build a detailed engagement profile that will help you make the best hiring/promoting decision possible. Not only will we highlight fit to role and culture, we will also distill insights into the candidate that will normally take you months to figure out. We conclude the engagement with a summary email, printable energy profile and short feedback call.

ENERGY FOCUS INTERVIEW (45 minutes)

Our Energy Focus Interview is designed as a cost-effective alternative to our more elaborate assessments. It allows to focus on central questions you may have concerning your candidate and for Dr. Vic to build a quick profile that will allow you to make the right decision. This engagement concludes with a 10-min feedback call.
